aka The Cookie Runner, Stephanie started running in 2012 with the goal of being a role model of a healthy and active woman for her daughters. Since then, she has participated in nearly 100 racing events covering distances from 5K to 50K, with the half marathon being her favorite distance.
Stephanie began practicing yoga in 2013 as a way to complement her running. She quickly fell in love with yoga and its ability to quiet the mind through breath and movement. She completed her yoga teacher training at Om Beats Studio in Miami, FL and is currently a registered yoga teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance. In November 2018 Stephanie completed the Yogalete teacher training. Always with the runner in mind, Stephanie teaches Vinyasa Flow classes that are meant to condition and strengthen the body while bringing peace to the mind and empowerment to the soul.
