75-minute yoga practice that links breath to movement to support balance, strength, and flexibility. Each class is unique and open to all levels.

8:00 am OM Movement Run Club
Join us every Saturday for a FREE three-mile run + yoga stretch at OM Movement. The three-mile course takes us along the waterfront to Kennedy Park and back to OM Movement. Once back at the studio, there will be a 20-30 minute stretch session aimed at helping with the recovery process.
8:00 am Yogalete at Casa Vinyasa
60-minute active recovery class with the goal of helping each student connect to their inner athlete. The class is a combination of restorative and power yoga and is open to all levels.
