Pathways Retreat Center • Free Union,Virginia

Thursday, March 20th - Sunday, March 23, 2025

Welcome to the Run Wild. Flow Free. Blue Ridge Mountains Experience hosted by Stephanie Diaz and Cor•rer Retreats. During this women-only weekend retreat we’ll be celebrating different movement modalities, including hiking in the Blue Ridge Mountains (Friday, March 21st - weather permitting), participating in the Charlottesville 10-Miler as runners and walkers (Saturday, March 22nd), and yoga practices that balance strength with rest and recovery.

This retreat experience will be a time to gather for a nourishing weekend of connecting to nature, being in community, and reconnecting to self. While activities are planned to do together, there will be plenty of time and space around the retreat house to enjoy quiet moments alone.

This experience is open to athletes and movers of all backgrounds and experience levels. Worried about running? A training plan will be provided as part of the retreat experience. Worried about yoga? Stephanie has nearly a decade of experience teaching movers of all abilities and will provide suggestions to make the practices feel enjoyable and accessible.

About Cor•rer Retreats

Cor•rer Retreats was founded by Stephanie Diaz in 2021 with the goal of creating heart-centered wellness experiences for women that are a retreat from every day life. Offerings are thoughtfully created with the intention of fostering space for community building and for empowering the athlete within. Included in the offerings are multi-day retreat experiences, day retreats, private individual and group movement classes, run coaching, and the Runner’s Round Table podcast.

Multi-day retrteat experiences are rooted in the “Run Wild. Flow Free.” motto:

To “Run Wild.” is to bridge the gap between the physical act of running and the lessons learned on the run that help us show up fully and bravely to a life that will push the edges of our comfort zones.

To “Flow Free.” is to remember who you were before the world told you who to be and to reconnect to that person through the practices of yoga.
