Season 1 of the Runner’s Round Table was an exploration of different topics that inspired Stephanie to dive deeper into the sport of running. Most episodes were based off of Run Wild. Flow Free. blog posts and featured conversations with some of Stephanie’s favorite and greatest running friends.

Episode 1: Who’s a Runner?
