Stephanie wears many hats, but in this space you will see Stephanie as a runner, run coach, yoga practitioner, and yoga teacher. The labels are still simplistic in capturing the wholeness of being, but we start with one word, one step, and one breath.

2019’s Girls Empowerment Health Fair at Chapman Partnership in Miami, FL.
In 2018, Empowered Through Fitness received $6379 in contributions. With these donations, we were able to establish ourselves as a 501(c)(3) charitable organization that brought the “Girls Empowerment Health Fair” to our South Florida community. One hundred girls benefited from this fair as they received a sports bra and engaged in a discussion regarding health and development issues important to them. We are grateful for your generosity and support.
