Welcome to the Run Wild. Flow Free. Retreats in the Great Smoky Mountains hosted by Stephanie Diaz and Cor•rer Retreats. During this women’s-only weekend retreat we’ll be celebrating different movement modalities, including participating in the Great Smoky Mountains 5K as runners and walkers (Friday, September 5th, 2025), hiking in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park (Saturday, September 6th - weather permitting), and engaging in daily yoga practices with a whole person, whole athlete focus. This experience is open to athletes and movers of all backgrounds and is about exploring the fullness and wholeness of being an active human.

4-Day, 3-Night Retreat Experience

Included in the Experience: 

  • 3-night accommodations in Seven Springs Retreat Center’s unique and cozy yurts. (Check in time is 3pm and check out time is 11am)

  • All organic and vegetarian meals (Thursday dinner through Sunday breakfast). 

  • Daily yoga classes that focus on activation, recovery, and rest.

  • Race registration for the Great Smoky Mountains 5K; race details for can be found here.

  • 5K training plan, plus a virtual group coaching call in August 2025.

  • Hike in Great Smoky Mountains National Park (weather permitting).

  • Camp fire (weather permitting).

  • Welcome gift.

  • Yoga mats and props.

  • Free time to relax and explore Seven Springs.

Not included in the Experience:

  • Air travel.

  • Travel to and from Seven Springs Retreat Center.

  • Travel to and from Great Smoky Mountains Half Marathon & 5K events.

  • Travel to and from Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

Carpooling is recommended. Stephanie can help connect attendees to coordinate transportation options.



Investment

This unique retreat experience is $1500 per person for a shared yurt and $1850 for a private yurt. A 50% deposit is required to secure your space in the retreat; deposit amount is applied to total investment. Full payment must be made by August 10th, 2025.

To create an intimate space for connection and community this experience will be limited to eight (8) attendees. Email Stephanie at correrretreats@gmail.com to ask about space availability and payment methods.

All deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations, for any reason, will not be refunded after August 15th. Travel insurance is recommended to cover your personal costs.

A Welcome Packet and Retreat Guide with further retreat details will be emailed Summer 2025 (don’t worry, Stephanie is available for questions and communications before then).


 

About Seven Springs Retreat Center

Seven Springs Retreat Center is in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains near Maryville, Tennessee. Full of natural wonder, Seven Springs Retreat Center is home to hiking trails with seven natural springs on 126 acres of privately owned land. The yurt village will be our home base during the retreat and the 16-foot yoga shala will be where we come together to dive deeper into the practice of yoga.

A yurt is a mix of a tent, hut and house. These are furnished with beds, linens, dressers, tables, lights, and electrical outlets. Each yurt is decorated with traditional textiles and artwork from around the world. Organic and vegetarian meals will be provided and individually plated. Bathrooms are shared on site and fully equipped with toilet, sinks, and hot showers.

Stephanie Diaz is a RRCA (Road Runner’s Club of America) certified running coach, mat Pilates instructor, and is a 200-hour certified yoga teacher with advanced trainings in yoga for athletes, Yoga For All, and Empowered Wisdom Yoga Nidra. Stephanie's goal as a coach and instructor is to provide personalized experiences that amplify joy and gratitude while also balancing work with rest.
